Five buffers are available in powder sachets for a range of native and denaturing protein gel electrophoresis techniques. Each powder sachet, which is supplied, may be reconstituted to make 1 litre of stock solution. Running buffers are also available in 1 litre and 5 litre volumes as ready-made 10x Tris-Glycine and 10x Tris-Glycine-SDS solutions.
