Water saturated phenol can be used for both DNA and RNA extraction. This product is supplied with a pH adjuster (Saturated Tris Buffer, 10ml). To attain pH8.0, add approximately 45ul of Tris buffer adjuster to every 1ml of water saturated phenol).
