FIREScript® ULTRA H(+) KIT

Description

FIREScript^® ULTRA H(+) Reverse Transcriptase (RT) is an in silico engineered RNA-directed DNA polymerase that can synthesize a complementary DNA strand from ssRNA or ssDNA. It is designed for fast, efficient, and reproducible cDNA synthesis.

The enzyme is active across a broad temperature range (37°C–65°C) and contains a functional RNase H domain, enabling efficient RNA template processing and supporting high-performance RT-qPCR workflows. Its rapid kinetics and optimized turnover contribute to consistently low Ct values, improving detection sensitivity and enabling earlier target identification.

FIREScript^® ULTRA H(+) demonstrates excellent stability at room temperature and at 37°C, retaining activity for up to 1 month due to the use of Stability TAG – Solis BioDyne’s proprietary and patented polypeptide stabilization technology that is incorporated into the enzyme, enabling environmentally friendly ambient temperature shipping [1]. In addition, the enzyme supports benchtop workflow robustness, remaining stable at room temperature for up to 24 hours during reaction setup, enabled by its inherent warm-start properties. Room temperature stability also enables maximum convenience allowing reactions to be set up without ice at room temperature.

The combination of great reaction speed and superior sensitivity makes FIREScript^® ULTRA H(+) RT well suited for routine, high-throughput, and RNA detection workflows in diagnostics.

For optimal performance, the use of RiboGrip^® RNase Inhibitor is strongly recommended.
