Everything you’ll need from gel running to chemiluminescence imaging.
The chemiLITE workflow package includes everything required to take a mini gel from sample loading to quantified ECL Image. The injection moulded omniPAGE Mini vertical gel tank runs up to 4 hand cast gels and work perfectly with the wide range pre-stained protein ladder.
The powerPRO 3AMP power supply runs both the gel tank, and the mini format semi-dry blotter.
Also included in the package are reagents and accessories for blocking, including a blot roller, PVDF or nitrocellulose membrane, single-step blocking solution and high sensitivity ECL substrate. All that is required are the antibodies for your target protein.
