ChillStat® reaction chilling Peltier unit holds single chill block (not included). Chills down to 0 degC (setting 1) or -18 degC (setting 2). Lid deters any frost formation and allows thermometer (included) to reach chill block. Includes collar to allow use of 20mL scintillation vials (up to 100mm) 110-220 Volts, 50/60 Hz, CE compliant.

Used to quickly chill and hold 1 dram vials at 0 degrees C or at -18 degrees C for long periods of time to see effect of temperature on reaction times. It can also be placed on any laboratory stirrer and stir and chill at the same time.
